Introductions between students and yourself will be organised by our Admin team. Once this introduction has occured, it will be down to you to schedule future sessions with the student's parents.

How will I be paid?

Once a month, you will submit a record of sessions completed to our admin team. After this has been approved, payment will be made to your bank account.

How many hours will I work per week?

The schedule you work is completely controlled by you. Most students prefer regular weekly slots but it's still your choice as to which slots you offer. You can work as many or as few as you would like.

Will I work out of term time?

Some students choose to take a break over school holidays whereas others prefer to carry on academic studies throughout. It is important that you and your students work collectively to produce a schedule that works on both sides.

What qualifications do I need?

All tutors should have Qualified Teacher Status and the minimum of an undergraduate teaching degree. Alternatively, you need an undergraduate degree in a specific subject.

You must also have a valid Enhanced DBS check.

What if students cancel a lesson?

Tutoring to Inspire have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all lessons.  If a student cancels within this 48 hour time frame then full payment will be taken and paid to you accordingly.

Will I be employed?

You will work for Tutoring 2 Inspire on a fully self employed basis. You must have a right to work in the U.K and will be responsible for paying your own income tax.
